Terms of Service
EFFECTIVE_DATE: FEBRUARY 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “Student”) and Wulfmind LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing Wulfmind.com or utilizing any services within the Wulfmind Ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Wulfmind LLC provides a multi-disciplinary suite of services (the “Ecosystem”), structured as follows:

Tax Academy Accessibility: The Wulfmind Tax Academy is designed to be accessible to any individual seeking to become a licensed tax preparer. We do not discriminate based on educational background, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Some services, specifically within the Wulfmind Tax Academy, may require account registration. You agree to:
4.1 Company Property
All proprietary algorithms, AI workflows, software code, educational materials (Tax Academy curriculum), and the “Wulfmind” brand and its sub-brands are the exclusive property of Wulfmind LLC.
4.2 Client Assets (Digital Conquest)
Clients retain ownership of the original assets and “prompts” provided to Wulfmind LLC. Upon full payment of service fees, Wulfmind LLC grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.
Users may not decompile or reverse-engineer Wulfmind’s proprietary AI models, Operational Infrastructure setups, or internal systems. Distribution of Tax Academy materials to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
Operational Infrastructure & Digital Conquest
Unless otherwise specified in an SOW, a 50% deposit of the total project fee is required upfront. This deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Academy Tuition
Tuition must be paid in full or via an approved payment plan prior to accessing course materials.
- [NO_REFUND] Systems & IT / Digital Marketing Services: Initial 50% deposit.
- [CONDITIONAL] Tax Academy: Full refund within 7 days if < 10% material accessed.
6.1 No Tax or Legal Advice: While the Tax Academy curriculum is created by professionals (CPAs, EAs), Wulfmind LLC is not a tax firm or law firm. We provide educational content only. Enrollment does not guarantee passing scores on state or federal examinations.
6.2 Technology Performance: We strive for high-availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted services. We are not liable for third-party failures (e.g., AWS, ISP outages).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WULFMIND LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE ECOSYSTEM. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Wulfmind LLC during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
