Built by Someone Who Actually Runs the Systems

Wulfmind is led by Francisco A. Servin, Chief Systems Specialist, who is both the technical builder and the person a client actually talks to.

Architect & Point of Contact

Francisco A. Servin is the Chief Systems Specialist at Wulfmind. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from UNLV and co-authored a published genetics research paper — population genetics research on schizophrenia-associated genetic variants, published in Scientific Reports, a Nature-family journal. This rigorous scientific background established his analytical, evidence-driven approach to problem-solving.

Pivoting from science into business, Francisco set out to help scale his family’s enterprise. In doing so, he discovered the leverage that intelligent automation provides, using it to help the business grow into a recognized leader in its industry.

He holds additional certifications from UNLV in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Email Marketing, and is currently completing a certification in Generative AI and Automation from MIT.

At Wulfmind, Francisco is both the technical builder and the client-facing lead. You don’t speak with an account manager who passes notes to a backroom team — you strategize directly with the person who actually builds and maintains your systems.

Built on Foundation

Francisco was raised in a hardworking Latino family that built a business from the ground up, and he carries those exact same values into how Wulfmind operates. To us, family means everything — when you become a client, you become family.

Awarded multiple championships across fall and winter seasons, consistently securing high visual and high general effect awards.

Sustaining Complex Outcomes

Outside of Wulfmind, Francisco has spent over 14 years in competitive visual design — primarily marching band and indoor percussion, covering visual design, choreography, prop design, and show design. He also writes drill for indoor percussion programs and provides audio engineering for winter guard programs, several of which have gone on to notable success.

This isn’t merely a creative outlet; it’s concrete evidence of long-term reliability and follow-through. Earning multiple championships requires sustaining complex, evolving programs where real people and definitive outcomes depend on precise execution, season after season.

Remote-First. Nationally Deployed.

Our operations are structured to serve businesses across the country seamlessly, ensuring capability is never restricted by geography.

Day-to-Day Operations

Based in Las Vegas, we engineer and maintain your systems remotely. This modular, distributed approach eliminates overhead and maximizes execution speed.

In-Person Integration

For critical deployments, strategy realignments, and comprehensive training, in-person visits are integrated directly into our Platinum and Black Diamond engagements.

Architecture Over Tactics

We don’t offer a disjointed menu of marketing services. Throwing more isolated software tools at a business doesn’t solve operational friction — it usually creates it.

Our philosophy is built entirely on systems architecture. Intelligent automation and seamless structural integration are what actually return time to a business owner and allow an operation to scale without breaking.
