Wulfmind Digital Productions - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By engaging with Wulfmind Digital Productions ("Wulfmind," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services 

Wulfmind provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, social media management, content creation, and online advertising. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between Wulfmind and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the execution of digital marketing services. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness of the services provided.

4. Fees and Payments

Client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality

Wulfmind agrees to treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the provision of services, unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed or provided by Wulfmind as part of the digital marketing services shall remain the property of Wulfmind unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement. Wulfmind reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wulfmind is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

Wulfmind reserves the right to update and modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

By engaging with Wulfmind Digital Productions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
